Sprint Mode activates a time-boxed operational layer on top of the standard CO-STAR journey. Teams work through modules simultaneously under facilitator coordination. All standard CO-STAR outputs, the NextActionPanel, Pressure Test, and Funding Hub remain fully available — Sprint Mode adds countdown timers, peer review gates, expert drop-in scheduling, and a live facilitator wall-board.
