Optimist Agent
The customer need is structural, policy-backed, and growing. Grid operators have no credible alternative to long-duration storage at the scale required by 2030 targets. The MAN qualification is strong — budget exists within OFGEM's Capacity Market framework.
Cynic Agent
There is no signed evidence of customer willingness to pay. Two informal conversations do not constitute a validated customer. Investors will ask: 'Who is your first paying customer?' — and currently there is no answer.
